We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. In rare occasions some products may require shipping charges, that will be stated in the product’s page description. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time frame.

Where Do We Ship From?

For more detailed information, we encourage customers to read the product’s page description carefully.

For some orders we ship from our warehouse in North Carolina, or associate warehouses in New York, USA.

For other orders we ship directly from our factories/warehouses located in China & Hong Kong, as well as, Lativa. 

In case you order multiple items, it is possible that you will receive separate packages. That is due to us working with multiple manufacturers and warehouses at different locations.

Processing Orders & Shipping Times

There are two different processing orders and shipping times from warehouse to warehouse. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

For orders from NC and associate warehouses located in NY, USA:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 12-24 hours after the order is placed on business days. Weekend orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch on Mondays.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. US orders usually takes 3-5 business days, rare occasions 7 business days depending on the carrier. Holidays and peak shopping days can take longer from time to time. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories can take as long as 20 business days to arrive due to the remote location. International deliveries usually takes about 8-14 business days.

For orders from our factories:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time on high selling items and during peak shopping days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories can take as long as 20 days to arrive due to the remote location. International deliveries usually takes about 14–22 business days.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Tracking numbers are updated within 1-3 business days. If your tracking number doesn’t get any updates please don’t worry, few of our products ships overseas and get updates only when it arrives in the customer’s destination country. If the tracking number says that you have received the order but you have not, it is most likely at your local postal office. International Deliveries & Custom Fees

Custom rules change from country to country. Generally, if the purchases are not in big volumes, custom duties does not apply. Although this happens very rarely but in case any customs duty is applicable once the goods reach your country, CleverIdiot will not be responsible for any custom charges that may apply.

Additional Important Information

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to cleat your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered to you by your local post service generally, so the package will be received with your regular mail. 

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

In case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability, there may be additional shipping charges that apply.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. 

Please note this can take longer during our sale periods and peak shopping days when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. 

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to air transport safety regulations, certain items (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray and nail polish) that contain regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped via our Priority Service or sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or a Post Office Box, including APO/FPO military addresses.

Due to these regulations, advertised shipping deadlines for certain items, including beauty and fragrance, are different from those for general merchandise. To make sure your merchandise will arrive on time, always check for any shipping restrictions located under the product details on the specific product page.

In addition, APO/FPO packages may be subject to additional conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. The APO/FPO table in the link below outlines these conditions by APO/FPO zip codes through footnoted mailing restrictions codes.
