Ordering

You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact the returns department for a replacement or a refund/store credit.

For most cases we have a 30 day return policy once you receive the order. Every product’s return policy is stated in the product’s page description.

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will send a replacement or a refund/store credit. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.

Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 business days after we receive and processed your return.

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 to 24 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it’s out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

Yes, you can create a replacement/exchange order form by clicking “Start A Return” in the footer and follow the instructions on the page. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your cart.

We accept two payment methods online, one is credit card, the other is PayPal. For PayPal you will be directed to the PayPal login page. If you’d like to pay by credit card you can so at checkout. Stripe will be the credit card payment processing system that authorizes the transaction.

Yes, you can choose the PayPal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfill the transaction.

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Shipping

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Each product’s shipping time is listed in their product’s description page. US shipments average between 3 to 8 days. International shipments are about 8 to 14 business days. Your tracking number will be updated within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thank you for understanding!

A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Then you can input your order number into the tracking shipment and find out your goods shipping details.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.
